I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my workers treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on customer service and being good citizens.
